“GFBiochemicals under Canada’s spotlight"

Last Monday 19 September, Passmore Group, a leading consulting Canadian company active in the sector of bioeconomy, and the Embassy of Canada in Italy visited our plant in Caserta. The delegation, composed by Jeff Passmore, CEO of Passmore Group, and Anita Baidwan, First Secretary of the Embassy of Canada, accompanied by the Mayor of Caserta Carlo Marino, aimed to evaluate potential investment opportunities and commercial partnerships, identifying market potential and foreseeable developments.

Our Co-Founder Pasquale Granata commented: “Canada is one of the major investors in bio-economy, with more than three thousand people employed in the sector and more than 1.3 billion dollars of turnover. We are therefore pleased to have attracted the attention of one of the largest consultants in the country in developing and commercializing technologies in bioeconomy and sustainability: thanks to our plants in Caserta and Minnesota and our international presence, we entered in some of the most relevant markets of bioeconomy, and we expect this to be one of the most significant trends of the global market in the future”.
